Oven roasted turkey filet is an easy and delicious dish. Marinate the filet yourself with e.g. lime leaves, chilli and garlic. Let the turkey season with spices and oil in the fridge for over an hour. Take it to room temperature 30 min before putting it into oven. One kilogram of turkey needs to be roasted for one hour. For first 30 minutes keep the temperature in 200 degrees and the second half hour in 175 degrees. Let the turkey rest for a little while before cutting it. Serve for example with asparagus and garlic sauce. Healthy and delicious!
